Mary Albin is the executive director of the ESRD Network of Texas, Inc., a subsidiary of Alliant Health Solutions. Under the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid contract, ESRD Network of Texas serves end stage renal disease patients in Texas. Albin is responsible for the overall strategic and operational oversight for Network 14 contract operations.

Albin’s experience spans more than 25 years in healthcare operations with a special emphasis on end-stage renal care. Before joining Alliant in 2017, Albin served as DaVita Kidney Care’s group facility administrator, where she managed the operations for nursing services and patient care for the organization’s hemodialysis facilities.

In 2020, Albin received an appointment by the Governor of Texas as a commissioned member of the Chronic Kidney Disease Task Force. Albin also serves as the EDAC network representative of the Kidney Patient Advisory Council. She is a graduate of Chapman University with a bachelor of science degree in organizational leadership and is a certified professional in healthcare quality (CPHQ) as well as a member of the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ).
